Terms & Conditions 

  • Payment and Billing

    • Monthly payments are due at the beginning of each month, covering four weekly coaching calls.

    • Payments must be made in full before the commencement of any coaching sessions for that month.

  • Session Attendance and Cancellations

    • Coaching sessions are scheduled on a weekly basis, and it is the responsibility of each client to attend their sessions as scheduled.

    • If a client cannot attend a scheduled session, they must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Failure to provide this notice will result in forfeiting that session without the option of rescheduling.

  • Refund Policy

    • No refunds will be issued for missed or unattended sessions. Clients are encouraged to make every effort to attend scheduled calls.

  • Rescheduling Policy

    • Clients may reschedule a session within the same month if 24-hour notice is provided. Rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before the session cannot be accommodated.

  • Changes to Terms

    • The terms and conditions may be updated periodically to reflect best practices and operational changes. Clients will be notified of any changes before they take effect.
