Payment and Billing

Monthly payments are due at the beginning of each month, covering four weekly coaching calls.

Payments must be made in full before the commencement of any coaching sessions for that month.

Session Attendance and Cancellations

Coaching sessions are scheduled on a weekly basis, and it is the responsibility of each client to attend their sessions as scheduled.

If a client cannot attend a scheduled session, they must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Failure to provide this notice will result in forfeiting that session without the option of rescheduling.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for missed or unattended sessions. Clients are encouraged to make every effort to attend scheduled calls.

Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule a session within the same month if 24-hour notice is provided. Rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before the session cannot be accommodated.

Changes to Terms

The terms and conditions may be updated periodically to reflect best practices and operational changes. Clients will be notified of any changes before they take effect.
